How long until my order arrives?
Most items are printed to order and ship within 2–4 business days. Custom orders depend on size — we'll give you a date with your quote.
How do I pay?
Cash on delivery for orders up to . Bigger orders and custom prints are paid upfront with Whish Money, because everything is printed specially for you. We email you our Whish details after you order, and confirm by email once your payment arrives.
Can I pick the colour?
Yes. Add the colour you want in your order note or custom request and we'll match it from our filament stock.
What are the prints made from?
Mostly PLA and PETG — tough, lightweight plastics. Not for use as food containers or as toys for children under 3.
Something broke or arrived wrong?
Message us with a photo and we'll reprint or refund it. No drama.
